[Royal Guard] Vampire confirmed

MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD
fifth day of the second month of the year.

Still recovering from recent wounds I have investigated further into the 
matriarch vampire that seems to have gone un-noticed in the city. I do not 
hunt undead with the same ferver I hunt and banish the damned Tan`ari and 
Bateezu but this is a matter of murder. Ni is now slain and the vampire 
known to me as Winter has stepped forward and claimed the honor as her own. 
While she protests a desire to stay neutral and undetected her crimes must 
be answered. I write this not as a call to arms upon her, since that is a 
given, she will greet the dawn of the new day soon enough, I write this to 
give fair warning. She is an extremely ancient vampire and should only be 
confronted in great number. Before action be taken I would call upon my 
fellow guardsmen to meet and discuss a plan of action, she lives in daylight 
and it is not quite 100% that she is indeed a vampire. If possible she 
should be taken alive unless she exposes herself. Crimes of this nature, 
especially by the creatures of the night must NOT be tolerated, too often 
have we the mortal men and women of the realm been victem of the undead, the 
demon, the devil.
