[Royal Guard] Recent Proceedings of the Royal Chancellery

traffic on the ML has been refreshingly brisk lately. Keep up the good

Recent Proceedings of the Royal Chancellery:

On 24. I. Hyena was found guilty of one count of manslaughter. He was 
sentenced to exile and given three days to vacate the city. The Hon. Abraxas 
ul-Bralk Caros was presiding.

On 28. I. Lunamara was found not guilty of assault, then released. The Hon. 
Abraxas ul-Bralk Caros was presiding.

On 3. II. John Black was found guilty of one count of assault. He was 
sentenced to a flogging of indefinite length ("until the guard's arm gets 
tired"), then released. The Hon. Abraxas ul-Bralk Caros was presiding.

On 3. II Mandrake Wolfwick was found guilty of one count of criminal use of 
magic. He was sentenced to a flogging of twelve lashes, then released. The 
Hon. Abraxas ul-Bralk Caros was presiding.

On 3. II. the court determined that Kip Leonheart was not a demon, but a man 
of mixed elven and draconic blood who had been pursued by a doppleganger 
until it was slain on 31. I. He was released with the court's apology. The 
Hon. Abraxas ul-Bralk Caros was presiding.
