[Royal Guard] A note sent to the Captain of the Guard

A second note pinned to the very first, this one from Odion:

Perhaps the lady is blind and did not see that the dwarf's constitution 
allows him to stand right back and resume running, when I electrocuted him 
he was very well conscious and getting ready to get out of the window in 
which he was stuck. There was never once where I showed sign of violence and 
am willing to even face the magistrate and his ring to show proof that the 
lady guard is blind.
