[Royal Guard] A note sent to the Captain of the Guard

A note delivered to the Guard-Captain's desk first thing this morning, 
penned in the hand of a random other guard.

"Loredas, 21st of Mid Year, 473.

Sir,

It has come to my attention that at least one of the new guards have been 
overreacting to, taking to violence over, and possibly inciting incidents 
within the Black Dragon district.  I stand personal witness to the Spell 
Recruit Odion's difficulties keeping his temper, or so it would appear.

I observed an incident last eve in the tavern that is the centerpiece of 
that district between the recruit in question and a group consisting of an 
orc and a dwarf.  From what I saw, and investigated later, his overall 
reaction to the incident was both excessively violent to the point where he 
was beating on a suspect already unconscious, using a lightning whip of some 
sort, and quite possibly unwarranted.

Be this some sort of sexual deviancy I know not, but whilst I should not 
presume to advise, perhaps it would be best if the recruits were partnered 
at all times with a more experienced guard so that their performance can be 
evaluated, and restrained if necessary.
