[Royal Guard] ID match on BlkDragon log books + Suspicious items found

On [1/11/2010], a positive ID match was made in reviewing the BlkDragon Inn's guest log book.  The surname of "Ziehr" matched a previous citizen who was exiled sometime ago for associations with a Menxrukian terror cell operating out of Drache.

As such I requested a warrant and was granted one to search the room on [1/12/2010] of the individual who was renting at the King's Inn.  A subsequent search of the room with one of our bloodhounds trained to pick up on alchemical substances hit on several vials and containers in the rented room.  As such, several vials of what has been deemed as potassium chlorate, sugar, and a nitrogen-rich fertilizer have been subsequently removed as evidence.  Inn management have notified me that the patron renting the room has evidently abandon the room, perhaps upon hearing of forced entry into their room.

An ID match was later made by the barmaid, Dulcina Collier.  She identified that the name of the individual renting the room matched the physical description of a suspect currently wanted on terrorism charges [description of Lima`Ziehr follows].

Armsman on all shifts are advised to be on the look-out for this individual and to approach with extreme caution.
