The following is carefully block printed and delivered to Captain Lucius von Stahl and Lord Chancellor Julius ul`Arduin Malbraxa

"It is my finding that the accusations of Sedition against one Ravenetti Tivaurd are not accurate. Armsman Lathos' verbiage in his report was far to severe for what actually took place, which was a simple argument between two people who do not like each other. Armsman Lathos overstepped himself in his report, however I also do not find that he did so maliciously, as he actually believes what he reported. However he is allowing his personal feelings to cloud his judgement, which cannot be excused in this circumstance as it could bring into question the ethics of the Chancellery."

"My investigation has forced me to question Armsman Lathos' judgement in such matters. Based on this incident and my conversation with him I have concluded he has a dislike for those in a position of authority, power, or strength, and has a difficult time seeing past that. I strongly urge that he either be retrained or dismissed from the Royal Guard."
