[Royal Guard] incident report, 31 July

Report of Arms-Corporal Roman Kotalik:

Overheard disturbance while passing by the Black Dragon.  Entered to find a man (description of Lorham_Delblith) prone and unconscious.  Another individual (desc. of Terbilta) claimed responsibility almost immediately, stating quote "I was crippling the cripple in his other leg."  Individual claimed that he stabilized the wounded's fatal injuries but otherwise was unrepentant; further they seemed proud of their acts, to the point that they offered no resistance to arrest.  After escorting them to the Guardhouse and putting them in temp lockup I had a healer sent back to the Inn to ensure the recovery of the wounded.  Refer the matter to any available magistrate.
