[Royal Guard] An idiot and a vampire walk into an inn...

MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

Unto Captain Von Stal,
 
'Once more into the fire' as the expression goes. I was summoned to the Blk Dragon Inn by a little bird. The bird happened to belong to a citizen by the name of Seryne, it could not communicate the situation however I had a good guess.
 
Upon arriving I found Seryne sitting by herself near a wall. I approached her to ask what the situation was and she asked me to exercise the undead behind her. I could not see this undead however by casting a quick divination I could sense its presence. I cast a turn undead which banished the creature, perhaps not destroyed but it immediately left and the presence vanished. (Description of Rictor assaulting a character and sucking its blood follows).
 
I then tended to the wounded girl, merely a child (What a surprise). No sooner had I mended her wounds but the large individual who had helped bring her over to the couch was suddenly attacked by a psychic assailant.

I quickly gathered my weapon and equipment and went to the aid of the individual I could not catch the name of (parted). I engaged the psychic in a brief fight before he suddenly vanished, it's apparent he managed to flee the scene.
 
A word of caution for engaging this individual, he is extremely dangerous (He modes like crazy and uses instant kill attacks like psychic lame heart stop). He should not be given the oppertunity to manifest powers, or if engaged should be engaged in a pair, someone to counter his casting and someone to deal with apprehending him.
