[Royal Guard] Attack on a Child

Please be advised that under the new Criminal Code passed by Sithire and 
privy council this year, the Royal Guard is no longer required to offer 
services of any kind to children with stupid new age names like 
'Justice.' This investigation is hereby canceled.
