Unto Armsman Relthzaal son Quetzal:

I have forwarded the samples you brought back from your patrol to the 
Spellcaster Corps for analysis. You might also wish to bring this to the 
attention of the Royal University--perhaps their scholars can shed some 
light on this strange occurrence.

However, I find your paranoia and sleep-deprived state to be a cause for 
concern, Armsman. Present yourself to the Healers at the infirmary for 
an examination before your next shift to make sure that you are not 
suffering any lingering effects from your previous encounters with these 
creatures. Furthermore, regardless of the result of the healers' 
examination, resume a normal sleep schedule. I need all members of the 
Royal Guard in top condition during these strange events, and your 
alertness and decision-making capabilities are severely hindered if you 
are reporting for duty exhausted from a lack of sleep.
