Official report dictated by one Arms Sergeant Karyn Redfeather at the Royal University

I apologize for the delay of this report but it will be quick and simple..

Last eve while I was present and on duty at the blackdragon inn I witnessed a scuffle ensuing between a woman <descrip of Lalia here> and an intelligent tiger who went by the name of Solar..After warning to cease their activities the scuffle ended but Solar then proceeded to let loose with bolts of magic at a faery patron and deliberately attempted to consume her in my presence...

He was arrested with no difficulty and the fae was unharmed and consequently disappeared..Solar was brought to a cell and as he had no money to pay the fine for assault I recommend to the preciding magistrate a punishment of no more or less than three days labor at the orphanage to teach the children the knowledge of what a big cat is..A humbling lesson in nature if you will
