[Royal Guard] Report to the Royal Guard

On my way to the inn this evening I found my senses flooded with the smell of blood.  I approached a crowd around a young lady named Aine that was bleeding profusely....After she came too I questioned her to what had happened to her and she stated she had been attacked by a reptilian man about 8ft tall (aka Jasthyr descript here) It is said this man is very dangerous and is to be reguarded cautiously, he is wanted for attempted murder as the woman almost died due to his attack.  Another said the creature was wearing armor with a blade attached to his tail....I am ordering  extra guards to patrol the area between the inn and the market place, due to the area the woman was attacked by said creature.. to keep an eye out for this creature and bring him in for sentencing when found....Also the inn should be carefully watched as well as he may be patroling for more victims.
