A hastily penned note, lacking the usual fancy seals and suchforth,


"Captain Von Stahl,

Apparently, there is a vampire by the name of Katarn prowling the streets of 
Drache, particularly the Black Dragon, just incase your boys and girls have 
an urge to lynch something.  As far as I know, he has not yet been caught 
feeding, but still interesting, no?
