Record of Trial - Jaehrek

As of the of Middas, Rain's Hand 28, one Jaehrek has been found guilty of 
attacking citizens on two counts, and has been sentanced to a flogging, and 
to be combat-geased until Midsummer's Day.

Should he be arrested again before then, punish as you see fit.  He has been 
warned.
