[Royal Guard] Another Attack in Ye Olde Blackdragyn

A report filed by a harried and somewhat bewildered-looking, 
furiously-blushing clerk,

"Approximately midway betwixed midnight and dawn, a distressed young woman 
arrived at the station, and, ah... politely informed myself that  she'd been 
attacked at the Dragon.

She then proceeded to describe the 'devil' that did the deed, a strange man 
with metallic wings whom she claims threatened and attempted to assult her 
repeatedly.  (Insert description and hasty sketch of Van`Atchen)

She claims she managed to escape with the aid of two fighters, one of whom 
said he would testify to the assult charges, or so she told me.
