[Royal Guard] OOC: Informal would be poll

Since everyone else seems to be making this public, might as well.

My Arms-Sageant, Tierant Darkblight, would be on the side of the council.  This is irregardless of his relationship with Lay`Trayin, the daughter of Aridia.  Not that most will believe that.  The Council is in the right, as they are the ruling body.  To Tierant, it is siding with the law, the king, and all that good stuff.  But he will be hesitant to come to violence.  

Over all Answer:  Siding with the Council, but would prefer a peaceful end.
