[Royal Guard] OOC: Informal would be poll

Art's roughly of the opinion that he's going to avoid
bashing in heads where he can, and see what the heck
happens as things develop. His main concern is what
the king has to say about everything, and he's more or
less of the opinion he's going to end out somewhere in
the middle trying to make sure people don't get
killed. In short, he's confused but hardly going to
let things happen without getting involved. He is,
somewhat, likely to be somewhat more sympathetic
towards the magistrates, but not enough to go and kill
people for them.

So, neutral, but 'pro-actively' neutral untill some
kind of event shapes his opinion.
