Merrax Ratholta was approached by a woman in the King's Inn and given a semi-anonymous tip about an individual to be on the lookout for.? Curiously, the woman refused to give an official statement or explain as to why Law Enforcement should be weary of this person, but she noted that it was a 'Creature disguised as a man.'? This, of course, could mean a multitude of things, however, the tip will be treated as nothing more than than what it is;? an uncredited cautioning. The description we've been given is such:? "5'10, quite thin but rangy, likes a dark grey cloak, known for developing personal weaponry. In particular, modified crossbow bolts and also mixed powders that may create confusion and distractions.? Long, dark hair, pale blue eyes.? Looks to be about 19." Anyone matching this description should be observed, but not detained unless reasonable suspicion leads you to believe the individual has malicious or criminal intent.? Arrests should only be made based on criminal activities or omissions to such as they pertain to Arangoth's penal code.? It will be reminded that this individual is only a person of interest and does not currently have any warrants or specific reason to stop or detain them.
