[Royal Guard] Attempted apprehension of Mahtan

Attempted to apprehend the fugitive known as Mahtan, alias Izzlyn. <<Description attached>> Subject was unwilling to cooperate. I
 attempted to subdue him. I struck him once in the knee with my truncheon and shot him once in the same leg with my crossbow as
 he attempted to hop across the room. He performed a series of acrobatic maneuvers, making his way to a window. A citizen by the
 name of Diemlocutus barred the window with a table. I fired a second round, which was deflected. He threw a knife to my foot, but it
 was ineffective. Mahtan then made his way for the door by way of several handspring backflips. The same citizen blocked off the
 door as I fired my third shot at the subject. He somehow managed to dodge the bolt, backflip across the room, and leap through a
 window before I could take any further action. Subject is wounded, assumed to be cut rather badly from the window.
