[Royal Guard] Report of Murder and Cannibalism at the BlkDragon Inn

Today, I, Clerk Ruxtod, took a report of criminal activity at the BlkDragon Inn.

A small fae named Tinker entered the guardhouse looking quite out of
sorts.  According to him, a strange creature ((description of
Quarolatox)) murdered a fae named Apple. In short, she approached him
for conversation, he wrapped a tentacle around her, and they talked
for a short while.  He then sniffed at her, commented that she smelled
good, then impaled her with thorns, bit her head off, and ate the rest
of her. Tinker, afraid to cause trouble, flew out to tell a guard.
None were available to attend to the scene.  Tinker later reported
that ((Quarolatox)) denied what happened afterward.  Tinker reports
that Aislin ((with description)) and Khamalah ((with description)),
current ward of Spellcaster Heatherdown, would have also witnessed the
event.

I recommend that a warrant be issued for any individuals matching the
distinctive description of the perpetrator.
