[Royal Guard] Additional crimes against Crown Officials (Deathpixie)

OOC Note:

The offending individual has been banned. One of the ops had a long 
conversation with the mun about his/her actions, and we were unable to 
reach any sort of reasonable compromise about what this character should 
be allowed to do. We weren't going to allow her to continue to abuse the 
Royal Guard en masse with impunity, and she had no interest in working 
with her. The ban on Deathpixie is permanent as far as we're concerned, 
so you guys don't need to deal with this idiocy in the future. I don't 
know what it is about ChatFirst players, but they cause us an inordinate 
amount of trouble because they expect us to conform to their 
expectations rather than try to make any effort to adapt to BDI.
