As the report by her honourable Magistrate Dabalbaire attached to this
missive shows, Jiromaru has been tried and found guilty of conspiracy to
kidnapping and unlawful use of magic against a crown official. For these
crimes he has been sentenced to exile, never to return on the pain of death.
I am happy for her report to go on official record.
Signed,
Magistrate Julius ul-Arduin Malbraxa
10. XI. 477

> Subject: Regarding the trial and sentencing of Jiromaru (BDI)
>
> Compiled by Breixa Dabalbire:
>
> The prisoner, Jiromaru, was retained at the Drache guard house after
> turning himself in to the Guardswoman, Kypree. She escorted him
> immediately to his cell and magistrate Julius Malbraxa was summoned to
> interrogate and determine the innocence or guilt of the prisoner.
> Magistrate Malbraxa determined that on the charge of attempted murder,
> the prisoner was innocent. On the second charge of willingly entering
> the mind of a Royal Guard without permission, the prisoner was
> determined guilty. In light of the crimes admitted by the prisoner
> (kidnapping and unlawful use of magic) Magistrate Malbraxa imposed the
> sentence of exile to be carried out the following morning.
> The prisoner, Jiromaru, immediately contested this sentence and
> promised that he would be breaking his exile as soon as possible, to
> which Malbraxa warned that the punishment for such would be execution.
> The prisoner was left under the watch of Guard Kypree who is also to
> arrange the transport of the prisoner to the border. As witness, I,
> Breixa Dabalbire have compiled this report to be submitted to
> Magistrate Malbraxa for approval before being submitted as an official
> record of trial.
