[Royal Guard] Details of Kane Jhinn's report of the conflict at the BDI.

As Spell-Corporal Kane Jhinn said, the conflict happened between a Maestro, 
Kip, and Lily,Who I now know is the daughter of a fellow in the Guard. I 
only became aware of the situation when voices were raised and threats given 
off. It seems the tongue of Mr.Maestro angered Mr.Kip enough to warrant a 
punch. Which in turn, brought about a slap from Lady Lily.

The conflict was then ended as I entered the situation, soon followed by 
Spell-Corporal Kane Jhinn. We quickly subdued the three primary suspects and 
filed them off to the locks. As far as I've picked up, this little heat was 
brewing for awhile, nevertheless, I've recommended only a single night in 
cells.

They offered no resistance, although Mr.Maestro could use a little less lip, 
and went peacefully to the GuardHouse.
