[Royal Guard] Royale Guard Formal Request To Spell-Lieutenant Lay`Trayin ChasingFire

To Spell-Lieutenant Lay`Trayin ChasingFire and who it may concern,

   Regrettably do to unavoidable personal issue I am sending this to request
a temporary leave of absence from my duties as a Guard effective
immediately. Unfortunately I had no for warning of this situation and could
not apply for time in advance. However I believe in my current personal
situation my prospective may effect my ability to serve with a clear mind. I
have no desire to put my fellow Guard members in jeopardy due to this fact.
I will return to duty as soon as possible if my position remains open. Again
apologies for such short notice. Please contact me on this matter as soon as
possible.
