After careful deliberation of the contents of your missive, I have 
decided to give you charge of this matter. You are already intimately 
acquainted with the details of the situation, and possess divinely 
granted gifts that will be an asset in defeating this demonic menace. 
Find these individuals and bring them to justice; root their cult out 
and wipe every last trace of it from our shores. Find out what you can 
about this cult and their goals from this girl Azalia, and by all means 
keep her under constant protection until the leaders of the cult have 
been dealt with.

In lieu of the gravity of this matter, I am hereby appointing you to the 
rank of Lieutenant to give you better access to the men and resources 
you will need to adequately respond to this threat to our city. You are 
free to seek volunteers for your force to deal with the threat. If you 
have need of extraordinary requisitions, please submit them to myself or 
one of the Arms-Commanders as soon as possible so that our response to 
this cult may be swift and decisive. I do hope that my trust in you is 
not misplaced, and that any further instances of conflict between the 
laws of the city and your personal religious convictions will not occur 
in as dramatic a fashion as the last one.
