I would also like to add note to the Lieutenant's report that I have recently witnessed a large albino (description of Nugho`Cruhge) in the Black Dragon Inn who claimed to be a Menxrukian.  He had been discussing the "will of Menxruk" with other patrons (description of Xarsen and Shion) when I arrived for a short break from my patrol.  Unfortunately I was not being entirely too attentive at the time to that particular conversation or it's context, due to a citizen inquring about the smoke in the streets at that time.  However, I have witnessed him praying before the fire on a separate occassion.
