[Royal Guard] Leander arrested

[Aridia]

This night when I entered the Black Dragon Inn I was confrotned with a
verbal dispute between Helectus and another man (desc of Nyphin). After
settling the dispute between them another man who had been standing close by
punched the other (nyphin) for no apparent reason. I arrested him and he was
seen to by the on duty magistrate and fined 10 rixtles and kept in a cell
over night.
