[Royal Guard] Harassment Incident (Pyrranelle)

The following report is of an incident that took place in the early morning hours of ... [01/16/07]:

After filing my report for the evening and retiring from my partol, I entered the Black Dragon Inn off-duty for a meal and leisure.  It was here I found Corporal       Tanthalas Moonstriker being harassed by a woman* (description of Pyrranelle) who repeatedly tried to coax the Corporal into hugging her, amongst other thing.  When asked to stop by both the Corporal and a woman working at the Black Dragon Inn (description of Tia`Mestin), she refused to comply and exacerbated the situation by trying to remove the Corporal's badge from his belt.

The Corporal asked me to take her into custody shortly after and charge her with Harrassment, Refusal to Obey a Crown Official, and Disorderly Conduct.

She had no money to pay fines and was flogged by the on duty magistrate and will spend the night in a cell.
