[Royal Guard] Guardhouse Office Memo: "Parchment Shortage"

Scribbled on the back of an old invoice, pegged to the
wall behind the front desk, in Kypree's usually neat
and diminutive handwriting:

"Given the dwindling supplies of parchment around the
guardhouse, I must ask that guards limit their draft
reports to 20 inches or less until we get in more. We
won't be getting the new shipment for almost a week,
so please remember to conserve, conserve, conserve!

Helpful tips for reducing parchment usage:

1) Live with minor spelling errors, rather than
rewriting the whole report because of small problems.
2) Write nearly, in smaller print. This helps conserve
parchment!
3) When taking notes, remember that the back of a
sheet is almost as useful as the front."
