[Royal Guard] Kip Leonhart Arrested (post-mortem)

The following report is of an incident that took place in the early morning hours of ... [02/01/07]:

After filing my report for the evening and retiring from my partol, I entered the Black Dragon Inn off-duty for a meal and leisure.  Not too long after being there, a man fitting the exact description of Kip Leonhart, save for the now blonde hair, walked onto the main floor of the Inn and proceeded to immediately converse with (description of Alix_Darkheart).  This (Alix) is the same individual that was associated with the self-admitted demon killed just the night prior.
   
  Sergeant Arnise, who was also present, immediately approached the suspect and told him he was under arrest.  He surrendered and allowed himself to be detained.  I quickly made my way over and led the suspect out of the Inn and to the Guard House where he was placed into one of the holding cells.
   
  It wasn't until Sergeant Arnise was present that the man began to explain to us that he had assumed the same appereance, memories, friendships, and abilities as the self-admitted demon who was killed the night prior, but that he wasn't the demon that was killed.  Baffled at the explanation, Sergeant Arnise informed the individual that he would need to have his nature discerned and the validity to his story checked by a Magistrate.  He is currently being held at the Guard House on the suspicion of being a demon.
