[Royal Guard] Notification of whereabouts

I am writing this memorandum to notify my superiors that I will be meeting with Natrias Hellfire tomorrow night [12/11/07] in order to talk him into turning himself in to the Guard.

The arrangements of the meeting are that both parties come alone, unarmed, and meet in a public place.  This will occur when I am off-duty and I will not have on my person any insignia of the Royal Guard or my badge.

If for whatever reason I am to disappear or receive critical injuries after I have signed out at the Guardhouse tomorrow night, then it should be made immediately clear that the prime suspects are to include Natrias Hellfire, his intermediary, Jinsatsu Kuronu, and his brother, Kale Hellfire.

I fully understand the risks of this arrangement, especially given the allegations Natrias faces.  However, I am fairly confident that this situation can produce a peaceful conclusion and that this individual doesn't have any interest in further chalking up more severe charges and legal consequences.
