MEMORAND FOR RECORD

Unto Captain Von Stahl and to be distributed throughout the guard at the 
discretion of command.

5th day of the 4th month of the year.

Having come off duty and ordering a cup of tea a situation developed between 
drunken friends. For the most part the situation was disarmed through words, 
all be it it was found out that an individual (Description of Goldwing) was 
appearantly a slave of some sort that ignited the fight between friends. The 
issue of Goldwing I am currently investigating, trying to track the shackled 
man, though not a prisoner of our court system he is indeed some sort of 
prisoner and should be considered dangerous and apprehended until he can be 
found clear of any wrong doings. After the situation with a Kale-Bek 
(description follows) and Aristide Nyx (description follows) It was found 
that Mr. Bek tried to help the shackled man who had appearantly attacked Mr. 
Nyx, a fight between the two ensued. With the end of the violence an overly 
powerful demonic individual entered, seeing that there had been violence he 
goaded the situation by unsheathing some awesome weapon and threatened 
further violence. I advised him kindly at first to sheathe his weapon, which 
he simply did his lord bad ass sneer and provoked attack, it struck first 
shooting some vaporizing blast of negative energy, Jinnai Halfmoor was 
present and can give his own account at his choosing, I believe he would 
vouch that this being (description of Asmodai) was both a chaotic and evil 
demon. After much effort the creature finally fell and simply... left. The 
spirit of the demon was not destroyed nor could it be halted. It is still 
within the city somewhere, possibly using a new body as a host.

(OOC: Be advised.. this guy is a freakin moder.. he did more than one auto 
hit and Jinnai was present so he can probably vouch, the guy was talked to 
but just don't go at this guy blindly... in all honesty if he behaves I'd 
sooner ignore him for being stupid.)
