MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

I write this with most interesting news, on this night another bomb was set 
off inside the inn of the Black Dragon and there was a single fatality, an 
innocent caught in the blast. Within the one woman known as Inayat was found 
at the scene, curious as this is her third arrest, though she claims no 
responsibility in the blast and I am inclined to believe her she has not 
come to account for the first bomb set, which she did indeed admit to. She 
has escaped now two times and in my attempts to place her into custody she 
attempted to take her own life, through divine providence she was saved and 
Menxruk denied his child. She is now under 24hr watch by myself and two 
other hand picked guards, suicide watch. Forgive my imprudence, sir but I 
would like this to serve as a warning to all, including those with ego's 
bigger than their minds as it has come to my attention that in the Inn 
itself there has been an influx of violence of late. Ravynetti himself tried 
to Inayat on sight through the use of some twisted spells, though before he 
could cast anything down Lt. Trayin talked him down so he is guilty of only 
disturbing the peace, but when an order is given from a guard to cease and 
decist and the response is being ignored... I would ask that the guard 
ignored take immediate action to prevent this from continuing. Less we be 
ignored on a regular basis and rampent crime become a plague in plain sight 
of uniformed personel.

-ooc- Hey... don't get ignored and don't put up with it... don't put up with 
big ego's and more importantly... don't have a big ego when playing, a Guard 
should lead RP through example and not just smite on sight kind of stuff. 
Guards are very high profile and people do pay attention usually, so don't 
stoop to anyones level, out play them if they're lame wads. Have a good
