[Royal Guard] Inayat Report

This report is drafted from the journal entries and notes taken during a 
period of questioning with one Inayat Dastych. Know first that she was under 
no forced or imposed circumstance to partake in these questions on an 
official basis. Previously that night I was attacked by a poison letter same 
as Lt. Trayin the night prior, this is before the warning had been issued of 
the dangers of random packages. It should be noted that this is the work of 
the local Menxrukian Cult which over the course of the discussion I had with 
Inayat I've discovered potential names and locations. This is subject to 
theory and I ask permission to push forward with a full blown investigation, 
either official or unofficial. I took it upon myself to ask Inayat who is a 
Menxrukian cultist if she would answer questions designed to help aid in 
rooting out this cult in our fair city. She could have refused in which case 
nothing more would have been said and she stands in no way accused of any 
further crimes except those she's committed which corrective action has 
already been taken. Using a discern lies spell I found her innocent in any 
wrong doing involved with these renewed attacks on guardsmen, she did 
however enlighten me as to why the guard is being targetted. It is simply 
because guards are guards and to destabelize the government the local law 
has to be weakened.
The interview went well and was voluntary, I report this as a means to aid 
in my request for immediate and official action to be taken.
