[Royal Guard] ghost airship and murder

-=-=-Lay had been at the inn taking a brief break from patrol to get coffee
when she was informed of a murder and a ghost ship at the borders of
Arangoth.-=-=-

While having coffee at the Black Dragon Inn during patrol i happened upon a
man named Marcus that wished to report the murder of his brother Thomas.
After checking the records here and for personal belongings it was found
that the murder had been reported and the man's belongings had been stolen. 

The brother reporting this heard the news from Dulcina and then reported it
to me what he knew of his brother's work as an explorer and had stated he
received a letter from his brother stating that he had found a ghost ship 
near the borders of Arangoth near a densely wooded area.

As i took the report from the gentleman Arms Sergeant  Carth`UlVarik
listened and when the named ship , the Silgailika, was mentioned i knew the
ship to belong to one Captain Silver Vlorress and that the ship is
registered for business in Drache.

On the Arms Sergeant's recommendation i am asking that a border patrol keep
watch for the ship. If the ship is found and no crew is aboard the Captain
may be assumed dead and as rightful living relative in Drache will claim
ownership of said ship.

As i receive further information i will report it.
