[Royal Guard] new vamp in town

[Aridia]

I was approached by a concerned citizen about a vampire that has made herself know and has caused some trouble that took two people to the arena to fight duels one included the vampire herself. the name isn't unknown at this time but i include a sketch of the vampire so she might be known. (icluded is a sketch of Alissyia(sp?))
