[Royal Guard] Si Howe arrested for slavery

On 18. IV. 475 Tespin Si Howe was tried for and found guilty of one count of 
disobeying a crown official. She was sentenced to a caning, receiving twenty 
strikes to the soles of her feet. The Hon. Abraxas ul-Bralk Caros was 
presiding.

Upon entering the Blackdragon Inn i witnessed Si Howe ordering a dragon to 
lick her boots after seemingly completing some other task. After tell Si to 
stop what she was doing i was informed by the dragon like creature (desc of 
Nemoreth in dragon form inserted here) that he/she was being held beyond the 
length of a contract in servitude.

Si then ordered the creature to shut up and it followed her command. I 
repeatedly asked Si about this and told her it was considered slavery. One 
young gentleman by the name of Jak then spoke with the creature and returned 
to remove a glittering silver coin from Si's pocket that is what keeps the 
creature bound to Si. Si still refused to release the creature so i arrested 
her for slavery.

Upon further conversation with Si at the guardhouse she does not recognize 
the 'genie' as a person and so does not understand how it can be slavery. I 
do not think that Si realizes the import of her actions nor do i believe 
that she intended a wrong such as this.
