[Royal Guard] Report from Misha.

On my way to the Black Dragon, a citizen pulled me aside and
complained about two rather noisy children in the Inn. So, as a keeper
of the peace, I went to investigate the source of the complaint. Upon
entering, I saw one child (Tarevyce) firing headless arrows at the
other child, and this other child (Loki') was casting magic upon the
bowyer. I requested that they cease their actions, to which I was
insulted and asked for my badge in exchange for peace. Royal Guard
Juno then casted a hold person spell on the bowyer suspect, while I
tried to talk the magic-user into standing down. A strange sort of
tussle ensued, in which he casted a dispell against my attempt to cast
hold person upon him. After a brief altercation, in which the bowyer
ran into the bathroom when the spell wore off, I had the magic-user
handcuffed. A moment later the other boy came out with his handcuffs
broken, but he seemed severely weakened. I fastened a new set of
handcuffs on the lad and transported them both to the guardhouse. I've
charged them both with resisting arrest and disobeying a crown
official, with the added fine of escaping custody upon the bowyer.
They are to be held at the guardhouse until their guardians come to
pick them up and pay their fines.
