Late this evening Armsman Thohg intervened in a fight between a man claiming
to be a member of the guard named Lanse Drayson ((IRC nick: Lanse)) and a
sentient monster of some kind. The beast (A description of [OrderoftheAxe]
goes here). When Armsman Thohg arrived, the creature was swinging Drayson
through the air, already having beaten him; Armsman Thohg got the creatures
attention, and the monster hurled Drayson through the air at Thohg and
retreated.

Unfortunately, things are not quite as simple as they seem. According to
Drayson, the monster was attacking a woman who gave only the name 'Sally',
which Armsman Thohg believes to be an alias. (A description of [Victory`]
goes here). 'Sally' refused to answer questions and slipped away when Thohg
allowed her to; he had no grounds on which to detain her. The creature,
according to Drayson, referred to 'Sally' as "murderess", and claimed that
she killed its brother. Whether or not this is true is unknown. Drayson
attempted to assist the woman, and was soundly beaten by the creature.

No arrests were made. Armsman Thohg elected to remain with the two
witnesses--'Sally' and another woman--and Drayson, as the man was quite
injured. 'Sally' was asked to remain in Drache in case she was required for
questioning; whether or not she will abide by the Armsman's order is
unclear. The name of the second witness is unknown; (a description of
[Ember] goes here). It seems she arrived only shortly before Armsman Thohg.
Lanse Drayson was left on a couch in the Black Dragon Inn. It seems both the
monster and Drayson were involved in a bit of vigilanteism.

As dictated to civilian Chani Shahrazad by Royal Guard Armsman Thohg.

(Below is signed both Chani's neat signature and Thohg's sloppy signature.)
