Juno Tyrelle, Arms-trainee
Thohg, Armsman

Encountered and subdued two combatants, LeonChaster and Klear-Orion. Both 
were charged with causing a public disturbance and damage to public 
property. Klear-Orion was charged with Vigilanteism without Licence of the 
Crown and Obstruction of Justice. LeonChaser was charged a fine of 10 
crowns, Klear-Orion was charged a fine of 12 crowns. Both were spirit-marked 
and released without incident.

Juno Tyrelle, Arms-trainee

Encountered and subdued Rothar Draikin for obstruction of justice. The 
Arms-trainee was investigating a report of a necromantic crime syndicate, 
and the arrested matched description to the suspect. The arrested refused to 
remove his helm and attempted to flee. He was incapacitated peacefully and 
returne dto the local constabulary where he waits for trial.
