[Royal Guard] a strange meeting .....or two

 -=-=- Armsman Lay`Trayin had written her reports at home then in the early
hours of the morning had brought them to the Guardhouse before heading out
on patrol once more.-=-=-

After arriving at the Black Dragon Inn yesterday eve for a cup of coffee to
warm myself i noticed a gentleman whom no matter where he seemed to be had
furniture or flooring disintegrate out from under him. After assuring myself
the gentleman was alright after he feel thru the floor of the Inn i spoke to
him about his affliction. It seems that he draws curses to himself and they
become his instead of who they were originally paced on.

The gentleman's name is Quadim (description included). I asked him to be
careful as we did not wish any citenzenry being harmed by his 'curses'. He
spoke of having sought help in the past to no avail. However a person by the
name of Ravynetti Tivarus has agreed to try to help Quadim with his problem.
Ravynetti being a magi may be able to help this man but i thought it prudent
to make sure the guard is aware of the gentleman as it is unknown what kind
of curses her has on his person and that he has been warned that if
citizenry are harmed he may well be arrested as responsible.

Sometime after having gone back to patrol i returned near the end of my
shift to find a strange woman seemingly accosting a person on the porch of
the Inn. After speaking with said person i found that the woman had merely
been trying to learn about him. She approached me and sniffed my person
including my arse. When she had completed her inspection she tried to make
sense of the common we spoke. A patron of the Inn exited at that time and
The woman took a defensive posture and i challenged her much as a wolf would
as she had changed into the shape of a wolf (a shapeshifter). I spoke to the
creature in a language she could understand and it seems she has been asleep
or away for some time and had not known the city belonged to two leggers.
After a bout of discussion she agreed to harm none of the citizenry either
in the city or the forest as long as we did not hunt her kind. Her name is
Nala-Nico (vivid description of both forms she uses given) and seems to be
the leader of several hundred of such as herself. Seh howled and called them
forth but from what i know of her kind she will keep her word or is
expecting to be hunted for breaking her word.

After this incident i helped the citizen who was ill to a place for healing
then rested before writing my report to bring in.

would also know it is the maker mark she uses when making weapons-=-=-

P.S. I have finished repairing the weapons and armour i have found in the
armoury and wish to know who i should speak to about doing the same for the
Wharf garrison.
