[Royal Guard] a new vampire in town?

[Lay`Trayin]

-=-=- Lay`Trayin sat at her desk this morning and after reviewing events of
the day before decided to write a report to warn the rest of the guard of
the newcomer in town.-=-=-

 Earlier yesterday when speaking with someone who asked my help in a matter
i cam across an elf or what appeared to be an elf in the Black Dragon Inn.
After observing the gentleman for a shot time and watching his actions when
a near fight ensued i have determined that the elf is a vampire and may be a
threat to the community. He claims only to feed on animals but he threatened
to feed from one Si Howe. I was able to learn that hsi name is Esher
RavenFire from the man himself. I believe we shoud be wary iof this man and
his actions.
