A man was antagonising Scourge while in the Inn, egging him on, so to speak. 
  (*insert description of Infernis*)

I am unsure if a fellow (insert description of Ratt here) was involved, but 
he disappeared after tracing a rune, and Scourge started to vanish, but did 
not.  It was after that, that I cast a spell to prevent any further 
teleportation within the inn for four hours.
