This evening I found a scene in front of the Inn, consisting of Amalthia, Dreadyn, Rixx, Katarn and another.  (he describes them all and the other was Wyatt)  Katarn was in combat with Wyatt and Rixx appeared to be under Katarn's contol.  Katarn appears to have become a vampire, and as I fought with him he moved with inhuman speed, and Rixx moved similarly, although his face appeared blank.  I managed to escape unscathed.  Katarn wore armor that my crossbow bolts couldn't penetrate.  (I believe that last part is close to impossible but whatever.)

I accosted him because I know he was wanted for questioning and trouble seems to be created by him.
