[Royal Guard] My suggestion...

It just occured to me, as I was speaking with Dan. When new 
people/characters (but more along the lines of new muns...) request to have 
one of their characters become a guard, perhaps a sort of informal inquiry 
to other guard muns should be made? Those who'ce been around for a bit, 
perhaps? Seems here lately people have been requesting to become guards who, 
well, frankly, suck big time. Shitty RPers, god moding types, etc. I think 
before someone "new" becomes a guard, perhaps other, loger established guard 
muns should be asked. That way if the person is not guard material, for 
whatever reason, it could be brought to light. My two cents =)
