Unto my colleagues,

I am of the opinion that Magistrate Ketara Lyon has,
through her actions, warranted an immediate removal
from office.

Furthermore, as a citizen of Arangoth, she should be
tried and punished in the same manner as any other
citizen. Her status as magistrate does not bar her
from the persecution that is her due. And so, I
suggest house arrest until she is able to either
provide information leading to the destruction of the
vampire in question, or provide herself as a line with
which to capture it. Also, physical, public punishment
is necessary, to show that nobody in Drache is above
the law. Therefore, I recommend a public flogging and
a period of time in public stocks, accompanied by a
full recounting of her crime for the public.
