[Royal Guard] Incident.

You know the drill:

"My patrol was just ending, and I decided to check up on the Black Dragon Inn, as usual.  There was a fight, as usual.  An unknown man, winged, perhaps Draconic in nature <Description of Van`Atchen>, was holding a severly injured boy, using him as a sheild and hostage.   <Description of boy: Rasp>  Facing off, trying to save the boy, was a woman, who was also quite injured.  <Description of Atalante>  The Draconic man threw the boy at me, and then fled, as usual.  I took the boy, and the woman, to the Healers.  They both needed it.  Questioning of either, once healed, could reveal valuable details.

As a sidenote: My hammer was somehow lost in trying to rescue the boy.  The Draconic man, or another patron with lesser morality, may have taken it.  This hammer was nothing special, and I will acquire a replacement from the armory.
