[Royal Guard] Guards: Updated Roster

((Here's the updated Guard roster. Those of you who answered my post and
sent me your character's name and rank will find your characters promoted
and marked for ACTIVE DUTY, exceptions being players with two characters (I
awarded only one promotion per player). Some of you will find your
characters have advanced two ranks from the last roster posting; this is
because your character has either been "in the shit" (taking a lot of damage
and posting those tedious reports) or overdue for promotion. Those of you
who did not answer my post have had your characters marked for
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTY (our way of keeping the regularly played characters
separate from the characters whose players are on extended leave); to return
to ACTIVE DUTY, just e-mail me your character's name and rank, and I'll set
things straight. If I've overlooked anyone, please don't hesitate to tell
me. I don't want to leave anyone out.))
