[Royal Guard] Incident with a frog.

written at speed.)

On or around about Fredas, Frost Fall 10, year 473,
probably nine of the evening, I myself (Arms-recruit
Art Harlow) moved with the intent of taking my break
after a moderately uneventful patrol tour of the Royal
Church district (Withince I did observe no
recognizable crimes). The chosen point of issue for
dispensation of provisions and sanctioned refreshments
was one BlkDragon Inn, within the Blkdragon district.
Upon arriving I found Arms-Recruit Arnise, presumably
on similar business, engaged in conversation with one
of the rich ethnic examples of our fine nation. 
The said ethnic example, (The word 'Who's' has been
inked out, apparently after some thought and staring
at it.) whats name I know not, was engaged in apparent
emotional turbulences over a keepsake animal-amphibian
of the vernacular term 'Frog'.
It had been abducted in what had been implied as a
stealth incursion onto the said ethnic example's
person by what I may only describe as fauna displaying
the fine and odd characteristics of that found within
the region of our ('bloody' has been carefully inked
out here.) fine city.
Said Fauna was, approxemately speaking, one tabby cat
with Cyan and Azure markings and wings. Further it
contained powers of articulation.
The intervention of one fine lady-citizen of Drache
with a particular gift towards a vertical nature,
estimated by myself to be no more than six and a half
feet, and certainly more than six and a quarter feet. 
The name of this citizen is unknown, however she did
intervene with said fauna in exchange for said
keepsake animal-amphibian.
There was some confusion upon return of the keepsake
animal-amphibian to the fine ethnic example, however
in the end naught occurred.
It is the observation of this Arms-recruit that the
incident is a fine example of (Inked out, carefully,
are the words 'the weir-', 'extra-ordin-',
'godsbedamn-' and 'strange times.') the rich diversity
of experience our city has to offer.
Thus contained are the core portions of the incident
as would interest official administration, to the best
of my reasoning and memory.
