**A letter is at the guardhouse, written in beautiful handwriting, obviously
transcribed.**

Unto the Royal Guard:

This day, no later than nine of the o'clock, was a confrontation within the
BlkDragon Inn.

One Phaedrus Finn, an employee of aforementioned inn, had delivered the
order of one whiskey drink to one patron. Insofar as the confrontation
commenced, the patron tried to pay with false coin, which are included
within this letter. Upon challenge, one Phaedrus Finn, employee of the
BlkDragon Inn, accused him of handing over false coin for his drink. The
patron, upon the accusation, drew red-bladed scimitars. One Patron did have
fangs, though the identity of undead was not confirmed.

One Phaedrus Finn managed to retrieve the correct, and true, coin from one
patron. Included is a description of said patron:

White of hair, long, and black of skin, at first glance he would appear to
be Drowish. Naked from the waist up, the man has golden runes etched upon
said bare chest. Said patron's pants were baggy and held up by a belt,
which housed the two crimson scimitars. (( description of Calibur ))

Unto the Guard is this letter delivered, in hopes things shall get better
for one Phaedrus Finn.

**The letter is signed.**
